Korean rapper PSY remained at No. 2 on the Billboard Hot 100 for a seventh straight week.
PSY was again held off by Maroon 5's One More Night
on the website's main chart this week despite being on the front cover
of the weekly U.S. music magazine Billboard on November 3.
The
36-year-old world star made a pledge in September that he will perform
shirtless if he tops the Billboard Hot 100, but he carried out the vow
anyway in appreciation for fans at the October 4 free concert.
The famous Gangnam Style
video has scored over 670 million views as of Thursday morning and is
currently the second most-watched video on YouTube after teenage pop
star Justin Bieber's Baby.
To continue the red hot K-pop fever, PSY is planning his world debut single next March made in half-Korean and half-English.
Before the release, the rapper will host an exclusive concert at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California on January 26.
